AWFUL Winter in Europe
AWFUL Winter in Europe
As you could all see, this winter seems to be very cold and unpleasant for most of us who generally prefer summer...
For example, yesterday it was terribly cold and everything was freezing and today, the 2nd December 2010 is a little bit better than yesterday. We skipped school yesterday because it was the national day of Romania...
Let's go back to the subject now ; as you could see this morning London was covered with snow and in France, near Lyon, it was the same.
As for Romania, we shouldn't be waiting too long before it gets even worth!
So don't forget your gloves, hats and whatever else keeps you warm because you'll really going to need all of those!
Good luck for everything and try to enjoy your winter!
Winter in London, at night, as you can see :

The Vampire Diaries
The Vampire Diaries
I think that these series are great (I’m not the only one) because the story is interesting and full of suspense ; after seeing one episode you want to see what happens in the next episode, and then the next one and so on. The actors are very good, and I think they are perfect for their characters.
We can’t wait to see the next episode that comes out on Sunday J
Story
The Vampire Diaries is an American fantasy television series based on the books by L.J.Smith. The series follows the life of 17-year-old Elena Gilbert since the moment she meets one-century-old vampire, Stefan Salvatore and falls into a love triangle with Damon Salvatore, Stefan’s brother (and a vampire too). The story is complicated by the Salvatore brothers’ past with Katherine Pierce, also vampire and Elena’s doppelganger. The story also follows the story of Elena’s friends and family in the small town of Mystic Virginia
Elena Gilbert and Stefan Salvatore
Four months after their parents’ tragic death (car accident), Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) and her younger brother Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), now taken care of by their aunt, Jenna Sommers (Sara Canning), try to recover. It’s September, school starts. On the first episode, we meet Bonnie Bennett (Katerina Graham), Elena’s best friend, who talks about her grandmother’s story about her ancestors, the witches of Salem and about Bonnie’s so-called “witch powers”, a subject that will be more discussed in the next episodes.
.
At the high school, we also meet Elena and Bonnie’s exuberant and insecure friend, Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola) and we shortly see Matt Donovan (Zach Roerig) which we learn is Elena’s ex-boyfriend. Then, after the girls first see Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) (only his back), we learn that since his parents’ death, Jeremy gets stoned and gives medicine to a girl called Vickie (Kayla Ewell) (Matt’s sister) which he is in love with but she already has a boyfriend, Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino).
Bonnie Bennett
During the episodes on the first season, we meet Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) whom, in the opposite of Stefan who only drinks animal’s blood, kills human to drink their blood. This engenders a trouble with Vickie Donovan but which is quickly solved.
Stefan and Elena, as for Matt and Caroline, share an on-again off-again relationship, mostly because of Stefan and Damon’s tormented past with Katherine Pierce (Nina Dobrev).
Bonnie will have problems remaining Elena’s friend because of her ancestor’s history with the vampires.
But all of them, Elena, Stefan, Bonnie, Damon, Caroline and their friends will have to do their best to stay united because Katherine, whom everyone thought in a tomb, comes back with mysterious plans…

GOSSIP GIRL! <3
GOSSIP GIRL
Gossip Girl is an American teen drama series based on the book series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar. The series was created by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, and premiered on The CW on September 19, 2007. Narrated by the omniscient yet unseen blogger "Gossip Girl", voiced by Kristen Bell, the series revolves around the lives of privileged young adults on Manhattan's Upper East Side in New York City.
The series begins with the return of Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) from a mysterious stay at a boarding school in Connecticut. Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester), whom creators describe as the queen at the center of their chess game, is a longtime friend and occasional rival of Serena's, and the Queen Bee of Constance Billard School's social scene. The story also follows Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick), the bad boy of the Upper East Side, Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford), Chuck's best friend, and other characters of the turbulent Manhattan scene: Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley), Nate's friend and Serena's on-again, off-again ex; Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr), Dan's best friend; and Dan's ambitious sister Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen).
It's a really great TV series, if you like the "typical american movies" you should really watch it (if you don't already)! You get very attached to the characters as soon as you start following this series. It's watched by a lot of people, especially girls. It's about the lives of some teenagers who live in New York. The main characters are : Serena Van Der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf, Serena's "BFF" ; Nate Archibald, Chuck Bass, Jenny & Dan Humphrey and Vanessa Abrams. I don't even know how to tell you what it is about except what I already told you... It's full of drama and there are always new beginnings of some relationships between many characters that appear in the series from an episode to another. And... well that's all I have to say so just enjoy your serie!

Twilight
Twilight is at the moment one of the most known books in
the world and that made its author Stephenie Meyer one of the richest authors
in the world. But why is Twilight so famous and what is this book talking about?
That’s what I’ll try to explain.
If you are a teenager, especially a girl, you have heard
at least once about this book, or about the movie. It’s the story about a
simple girl Bella that falls in love with Edward, who is a vampire. You will
say that you already read Dracula. But now the originality of the story: Edward
is a good vampire that wants most of all to preserve his lover’s life. And it
seems that’s a pretty hard mission when werewolves and bad vampires are trying
to kill her. But even now, that’s not a really interesting story. And in my
point of view, the author is not a really good writer, so nothing special??? So
why is everybody so excited about this novel?
The answer is simple: it’s a story that found its place
in an unemployed place of the books’ market. You couldn’t find so many stories
about nice vampires… now of course there are plenty of them. Like any other
story with some success, it was copied in many forms. Unhappily, we are not
talking about the copies. So, Twilight was an unknown market that Meyer found
and exploited. And the movie helped: a beautiful Edward (it depends) and
a wonderful Bella(...)
1. A new girl arrived in the rainy town of
2. Bella is now happy with her boyfriend, when at
her 18th birthday; Edward’s brother tries to bite her. Edward
decides that it’s dangerous for Bella to live near him and he brakes-up of her.
She is really, really sad, but consoles herself by hanging out with some
werewolves. Another bad vampire comes back and tries to kill her. I won’t tell
you the end but she is finally back with Edward.
3. An entire army of vampires tries this time to
kill Bella, and for beating them the nice vampires and the werewolves are doing
peace. At the end Edie proposes Bella and she is very confused, but accepts.
4. Bella is pregnant with the vampire and she is
two steps from death. The werewolves are also trying to kill her because they
don’t know what the creature in her tummy can do. But after having the baby, a
beautiful little girl called Renesmee (Nessie for friends), everyone is
convinced that she can do no wrong. Unhappily, that’s not what the kings of
vampires think. Bella, now a vampire, makes them realize that her daughter is
perfectly harmless.
That’s all for the story, if you want to know
more please read the books. You can also comment my point of view, I would be
really happy to know others' opinion.
Anti-Bullying Week
Did you know that this week, in England, it's the Anti-bullying Week?
First thing to know: what is bullying?
Bullying is verbal, emotional or physical abuse of someone less powerful.
What do you mean by bullying behaviour?
Bullying can take many forms:
- call someone names
- spreading rumours
- hitting, pushing and kicking
- sending hurtful messages, web images or mails
- excluding someone from friendship or games.
We should help because bullying is wrong and it creats an atmosphere of pressure, fear and tension.
